Guidelines and Hotel Policies

Incoming Shipping:  Due to limitations in secured storage, please do not ship boxes to the resort more than 48 hours in advance of program.

There will be a handling charge for boxes shipped as follows: Boxes up to 36”x24”x24’ and not more than 40 pounds each; $5 per box. Larger boxes and display cases; $25. Pallets; $100.

If you are shipping boxes to the resort, you must complete the following credit card form and return it to amehrens@meritageresort.com at least 5 days prior to check-in.

Outgoing Shipping: Exhibitors must provide their own labels, attach to boxes and notify resort staff that they have outgoing boxes to be shipped. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BOXES WITHOUT NOTIFYING RESORT STAFF. The Meritage Resort & Spa uses FedEx as their preferred shipping vendor. Most other carriers drop off/pick up daily, but the resort suggests scheduling a pick up if shipping with a carrier other than FedEx.

 

AV/Electrical Needs: All AV and electrical needs are the responsibility of the exhibitor and must go through the in-house AV company, AVMS.  Please complete the attached form and email to MeritageAV@avms. For questions, AVMS can be reached at 707-251-1954.
