Associate DC needed to step into our satellite office in Mammoth Lakes CA

We are a successful small mountain resort town chiropractic office with a waiting list of over 25 people nearly every week. We need an Associate DC 3 days per week with the opportunity of working more as you build your own clientele.  

Great opportunity for a motivated and committed chiropractor with a strong ambition to learn how to run your own office and implement our simple systems. Applicant will be responsible for New Patient Exams, Report of Findings, re-exams, adjusting with emphasis on CBP protocols, implementing treatment plans, coordinating care with other DC and maintaining the working relationships with local PTs, DOs, and other healthcare practitioners in town. Minimum of 1 year commitment required, 2 year commitment wanted.

Applicant must be willing to work well with others in a team environment, learn rapidly, and have complete integrity for the people you care for, reputation is everything in a small town. Compensation is negotiable, and based on experience and abilities. 

This is a satellite clinic opportunity waiting for you to step into and focus on patient care while learning the business end. We have a strong networking framework for growth as well as a referral-based market generated by the five star reputation this office has in town.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated.
  • Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions.
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary.
  • Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
  • Obtain and record patients’ medical histories, as indicated.
  • Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary.
