CCA's
expert legal counsel is a vital force in protecting the profession
of chiropractic. CCA
utilizes its legal counsel in a variety of ways – to address questionable
regulatory changes, review the legalities of pending legislation
and to
provide counsel regarding problematic issues that impact CCA's membership
such as unfair billing practices to the implementation of the new
laws related to workers' compensation. CCA's
attorney takes on a wide range of issues that individual doctors
of chiropractic cannot fight on their own. Remember, when you combine
your resources with other doctors of chiropractic, you become part
of a high-powered statewide effort.
