LEGAL & MEDIA FUNDS
Legal Fund
The Legal Fund has been established to finance legal research and court actions that benefit doctors of chiropractic and their patients. Among other areas, voluntary contributions to the fund supports legal research and litigation in the areas of scope of practice, workers’ compensation and patient access to chiropractic doctors. Members and nonmembers are encouraged to participate in supporting CCA’s legal efforts by making one-time or regular contributions with their membership dues investment payments or separately. With an increased flow of contributions, more issues can be researched and addressed to benefit doctors of chiropractic and their patients.

Media Fund
The Media Fund finances through voluntary contributions projects to positively promote chiropractic in California. A recent effort financed by the Media Fund was CCA’s “Chiropractors for Injured Workers Rally” at the State Capitol on August 26, 2003, which generated widespread positive press. Members and nonmembers are encouraged to participate in supporting CCA’s public relations outreach efforts by making one-time or regular contributions with their membership dues investment payments or separately. With growing resources, beneficial public relations efforts will flourish.
